In December 2023, Urunana Development Communication (lead applicant) in collaboration with her consortium partners, namely; Troupe des Personnes Handicapées Twuzuzanye (THT) and CinéFEMMES secured a three-year Grant Contract with the European Union to implement the project titled: Ubufatanye Program - Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges through Creative Communication in Rwanda. The long-term objective of this action is to contribute to the improvement of the inclusion and the living conditions of PwD in Rwanda, in conformity with the UNCRPD. This will be achieved through various interlinked and complementing interventions of the action. Enhanced awareness rising capacities and advocacy of PwD on disability rights and inclusion will be achieved through artistic production. They will have their communication and dissemination capacities strengthened on disability and inclusion rights. In addition, networking skills by PwD CSO Artists will be strengthened.
Participation is open on equal conditions to all Individual consultants specialized in provision of consultancy services in baseline assessments as per the terms of reference attached below.
