A key component of this initiative is the Indonesia Women-s Leadership Accelerator, a 6-month leadership training program designed to enhance the skills and confidence of high-potential women in junior management positions nominated from the brand-s factories in the Java region.The Accelerator program encompasses leadership and soft skills training, career guidance, networking opportunities, and community building.
