Description : SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HELPDESK SOFTWARE LICENSES
1. Background
As part of improving IT service management, the Management Information Service (MIS) uses a helpdesk software where users can submit requests and avail themselves of the services of MIS. It has the added benefit of monitoring performance through service level agreements (SLA).
2. Approved Budget for the Contract
The approved budget for the contract (ABC) is Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (PHP 930, 000.00) only inclusive of all government taxes and applicable
fees and charges.
3. Mode of Procurement
This procurement shall be undertaken through Small Value Procurement pursuant to Republic Act 9184 and its 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and
Regulations (lRR).
