The request for information concerns the renewal of the customer feedback system of welfare areas. With the help of this request for information and the dialogue that may take place, the market is mapped and information regarding a possible acquisition is obtained. DigiFinland implements a partna National unification of customer feedback information project, a national data collection and reporting solution. The data collection solution is defined and developed in accordance with the solution concept and architecture presented in the preliminary study of the project. Welfare areas interested in procurement (procurement unitkoet) will make the purchases in the estimated time period 9/2023 - 12/2024.
