INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT INFRA 2024-003 (NP) REPAIR OF BAHAY PAG-ASA, BARANGAY PAYAO, CATBALOGAN CITY

The City Government of Catbalogan, through the MOOE, GSO 2024 FUND, intends to apply the sum ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P160, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration of Ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of notice to proceed under section 53.9 of RA 9184 SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT for INFRA 2024-003 (NP). A partial bid is not allowed, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
