Invitation to Bid for INFRA 2024-003 REHABILITATION OF CATBALOGAN CITY ROADS, BARANGAY 08, 09 & GUINSORONGAN, CATBALOGAN CITY

1. The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CONTINUING 2023 ORD. NO. 2023-042 intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P6, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INFRA 2024-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Catbalogan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, Completion of the Works is required ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN (116) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
