The device for sequence of long DNA sections will be designed primarily for sequencing genes 16s, 18s and ITS in full length, sequencing long ampllicones (including high -based ampllicons C and G), researching microbial and eukaryotic genomes and sequencing de Novo. For sequencing genomes withoutPreviously known sequences (DE NOVO) must be able to ensure sequencing repetitive sequences and easy identification of large Indels and structural variants. The device also allows the DNA sequencing to collect data on epigenetic changes (bottom methylation).
