Description : The Barangay Government of San Rafael Village, through the approved Annual Budget 2024 duly approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Thirty Two Pesos & 03/100 (P 952, 032.03) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Hall ( Taliba St., SRV, Navotas City), of Barangay San Rafael Village, Navotas City. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
