The equipment measures Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) from the melt state of thermoplastic plastics continuously. Infrared spectroscopy (ft-ir) is proposed as the measurement method due to its well-known industrial applications (e.g. combustion processes) and operational reliability of the measurements. Howeveraan Other continuous measurement methods, eg mass analyzers (gc-ms/fid) Not Excluded. The Temperature of the Gases Measured from the Process Is Up to 300 Degc in the Initial Situation, So the Equipment is Supposed to Withstand 200 Degc of the Gas to be Analyzed for a Short Time. Must Be in HardwarePreset Calibrations for Voc Compounds to be Measured (20-30 Pieces) And It Is Suitable for Continuous Measurement in an Industrial Environment.
