Notice of Intent



The U.S. Army, 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office - Hawaii (RCO-HI) intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The proposed contract is in support of Netcom 311th for the installation of 1 split AC unit.

Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and the procedures at FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The purpose of this notice is to satisfy the requirements of FAR subpart 5.2. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible parties may submit a quotation by the closing date of this announcement which shall be considered by the agency. A solicitation may be provided by written request. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code - 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors with a size standard for this code at $19M applies to this announcement.
