Description : Invitation to Bid for Installation of 47 Units Solar Streetlights to Disaster and Accident Prone Areas at San Jose, Occidental Mindoro

1. The Municipality of San Jose, through the MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of 47 Units Solar Streetlights to Disaster and Accident Prone Areas at San Jose, Occidental Mindoro / sjom-infra-0031-2024 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 45 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
