1. In view of the two (2) consecutive failed biddings, the Cebu Port Authority, through the 2024 CPA Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos and 10/100 (PhP 20, 855, 500.10) being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Installation of Four (4) Units Range Lights and Two (2) Units Fixed Markers for Aid to Navigation @ Cebu Harbor and Mactan Channel, Cebu Baseport”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
