Scope of the work: United Nations Development Programme through Covid Resilient election in Timor Leste, CORE-TL project requires solar PV - system that will be integrated with existing Public Electricity on site to provide electricity to new office building of EMBs in 5 Municipalities: a. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipments, transportation; hoisting, rigging, insurance, etc. for all work herein specified and or required to complete the project to the CORE-TL project representative (Civil Engineer Officer) satisfaction. b.
