Description : 1. The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the Special Educaiton Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos Only (Php4, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF SOLAR LIGHTS FOR DIFFERENT SCHOOLS IN IGACOS UNDER PR#2023-04-2781 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
a. The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos Only (Php4, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 60 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
