The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (PhP 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS AT ALAE, MANOLO FORTICH, BUKIDNON.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
