The London Borough of Sutton (LBS) provides Integrated Insurance Services for a number of local Councils through our main insurance scheme. At the time of publication, a variation of this service is provided to a total of 10 (inc LBS), made up of 3 London Boroughs and 7 Surrey Boroughs, additionally, we have 14 subsidiaries.
The LBS Integrated Insurance Service is currently looking to procure a Legal Panel to establish a panel of experts for the management of complex or litigated insurance claims.
Claims include, but are not limited to liability; Highways, Professional/Officials indemnity, Housing, Schools, industrial disease, Employer, Motor, abuse, human rights and loss recovery.
