HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and implement an Integrated Business Resiliency Planning (IBRP) Cloud-Based Software Solution utilizing Software as a Service (SaaS) across Regional Departments. This solution aims to streamline and consolidate the Region's operational resilience efforts by providing a unified solution for managing Business Continuity, Risk Management and IT Disaster Recovery Programs.For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:Mandatory Solution Requirements outlined in Section 3.1 and 3.2 - Mandatory Solution Requirements of Appendix A. The Proponent shall indicate compliance with Mandatory Solution Requirements by completing the YES/NO column in Step 2, Table 1 - Mandatory Solution Requirements in Bidding Website. The proposals that do not comply with all Mandatory Solution Requirements will be rejected as a non-compliant for failure to meet a Mandatory Technical Requirement.Cloud Security Assessment Questionnaire (CSAQ): The Proponents must demonstrate that the proposed solution meets the Region's mandatory technical requirement related to cloud security.
