Expression of Interest are invited for Integrated Development and Adaptation to Climate Change Program

Relating to the Selection of a Firm for the Audit of the Procurement from 2020 to 2023 for the Integrated Development and Adaptation to Climate Change Program in the Niger Basin Mali Component
(Pidacc/Bn-Mali)

Review any changes made to the procurement system in the country since project approval to determine whether they diverge from the principles defined by the procurement policies of the country or the Bank (Reference Para. 3.4) To this end, the office must verify that agreed procurement processes have been followed;

- Be registered on the list of the Order of Accountants and Chartered Accountants of its Country ; or the list of procurement consultancy firms;
- Experience in areas of auditing acquisitions of development projects, attested by Certificate of Completion;
