The World Bank (the “Purchaser”) in Lao PDR seeks the below services -

Soft facilities management - Including but not limited to cleaning Services, kitchen support, pest control, recycle program; waste management and landscaping requirements.

Hard facilities management - Including but not limited to emergency response; interior and exterior preventive maintenance program for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment; HVAC, elevator/lift systems, Water Treatment/Sewage Treatment Plant, solar System and any other maintenance and repair activity needed in order to maintain optimal operations of the facilities.

Provision of outsourced labor for driver and receptionist profile

The firm is responsible for providing the manpower, technical expertise, labor support and tools, either directly or through a sub-contractor, to deliver the services described above. The RFI is done to understand the market offering better, and to streamline our requirement.
