Tender Details

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is seeking responses from qualified respondents to 1) advise the Agency periodically with respect to intellectual property issues; 2) protecting the Agency-s intellectual property rights through enforcement actions; 3) registering copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property with the federal government (and developing models for future Agency use); 4) creating licensing and royalty agreements or models (for Agency use) for Agency products; 5) assisting in licensing contract negotiations concerning copyrights and intellectual property; and 6) engaging in any other activities that are necessary to assist the Agency in protecting the state-s intellectual property. All TEA engagements will be submitted for approval by the Texas Attorney General and all engagements are non-exclusive.
