Due to the obligations arising from the tightening of the Hamburg Climate Protection Act and the general desire to operate the heating systems of public buildings, including Hamburg's state educational institutions, as efficiently as possible, low-investment optimization should be achievedmeasures must be taken on the heating systems. In the next two years, the energy consumption of the buildings should be reduced in as large a part as possible of the real estate portfolio of Sprinkenhof GmbH (client) through, firstly, hydraulic balancing of the heating systems in accordance with method B(Lot 1) and secondly the installation of intelligent radiator valves (Lot 2) can be significantly reduced.
