VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (VHA) MEDICAL SHARING/AFFILIATE NATIONAL PROGRAM OFFICE (MSO)ONSITE GENERAL SURGERY PHYSICIAN SERVICES MASTER PACKAGE SCHEDULE OF SERVICESThe Contractor shall furnish all key personnel to provide services necessary to perform onsite and on call Vascular Surgery Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Lebanon Medical Center.
