Description
Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH), anticipates issuing a Firm-fixed price contract with Stellar Private Cable Systems, Inc., 975 E. Tallmadge Ave., Akron, OH 44310, on a sole source basis. AFRH requires continued services for Satellite TV and internet supporting the Resident community at the AFRH Washington DC and Gulfport, MS locations. Stellar Private Cable Systems, Inc., as the incumbent, installed and currently maintains the AFRH enterprise satellite TV and internet broadcast infrastructure. The system's proprietary design ensures integration with the resident community-s technology needs. Seamless transition of existing services will comport with AFRH-s agency-wide ethos for person-centered care, which prioritizes resident satisfaction and consistent service delivery.
The award will have a total Period of Performance of 05/01/2025 through 04/30/2030, inclusive of one (1) 12-month base period, and four (4) 12-month option periods. See attached draft performance work statement (PWS) for additional requirements.
NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this Special Notice. Telephone responses or inquiries to this Special Notice will not be accepted.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Fiscal Service will consider responses received no later than 10:00AM EST, March 13, 2025.
