The acquisition focuses on the renovation of the old primary school and the kindergarten of Koskela, as well as the construction of the new extension part between existing properties. The buildings are owned by the City of Helsinki, the urban environment and is user -basedThe project will renovate the school building on the site and the kindergarten in accordance with the current requirements of teaching, renews building systems, improves energy efficiency, repaired damaged facades, windows and roof, and repaired moisture -damaged structures.
