Introduction: The Ministry of Health and Prevention in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is seeking proposals from qualified media agencies to provide comprehensive media services. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a media agency that can help the Ministry enhance its media presence, manage its media relations, and improve its public image. Scope of Work: The selected media agency will be responsible for providing media services in the following areas: Media Relations: • Presenting a media strategy for managing media relations for the department and activating media activities at the local and regional levels. • Assigning a work team comprising bilingual editors and media relations executives to undertake media relations activities (2 press editors - 1 public relations executive). • Preparing statements, speeches and press releases for initiatives and events in Arabic, English, French, Urdu, and Tagalog, and publishing them in the media. • Preparing interviews with media spokespersons and providing them with media messages and themes. • Media coverage of the events in which the Ministry participates on the Arab, regional and international levels. • Preparing press invitations and...
