Tenders are invited to investigate the national network organization for the evolution of the social mission Kliman0ytrale and smart cities

Short Description: EU has launched five major social missions under Horizon Europe, the EU's framework program for research and innovation. This procurement concerns the follow -up of the social mission "Climate neutral and smart cities". There is a need for an expanded knowledge base on what organization can best ensure that one reaches the goals that the social mission indicates.KDD wants to have a two -part study conducted. One element should be to make qualitative mapping of the needs cities/municipalities and other relevant players have when it comes to cooperation and networks at the national level. The other element should be to carry out a survey of existing national networks and any platforms in the area of ​​cities/climate/smart city work. As part of this, an assessment shall be made of whether one or more of the existing networks may be suitable for developing to become an appropriate tool/aid in the follow -up of the social mission climate neutral and smart cities.
