1.1 Annual subscription to a web-based Investigative search engine of public records database with Web

1.2 .Includes 24-hour-a-day access tailored for law enforcement investigators via desktop, laptop, tablet or
Cellular smartphone device.
1.3 Provide unlimited training on how to use systems via online classes, email, phone, and on-site training if available and needed.
1.4 Provide the latest updates for both systems and any updated training that is necessary in order to use the systems. 1.5 Provide unlimited support when needed via email or phone.
1.6 Provide any information when it comes to in-person training or conferences that can be resourceful for using both systems.
1.7 Must allow access for 3 users across multiple devices.
1.8 Must provide access to Arrest records, CCW records, Vehicle ownership records, Banking records, Credit Reporting Bureaus, Phone records, and Passport Checker
1.9 System must provide real time updates on Incarceration and Arrest records and Vehicle Registration, License Plate Recognition data
1.10 System must provide a detailed search criteria in order to find cases easier and to help fully understand the nature and severity of the case.
1.11 System must provide alerts when any new information is found in a specific investigation.
1.12 System must provide access to social media, potential associates, potential red flags, family history, Batch Alerting Capabilities, Passport Checker.
1.13 Ability to provide relevant records when conducting investigation.
