EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM OF TExASRequest for Qualifications to Provide Investment Consulting ServicesSOLICITATION NO. 23-12737-001NIGP CODE: 956-56ADDENDUM #1(May 21, 2024)The Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) has issued an Amended Request for Qualifications for investment consulting services (RFQ). The purpose of the RFQ is to contract with multiple firms (Respondents) in seven (7) Service Categories, which are: 1) Investment Practices and Performance Reporting Consulting Services; 2) General Investment Consulting Services; 3) Private Equity Consulting Services; 4) Private Real Estate Consulting Services; 5) Private Infrastructure Consulting Services; 6) Private Credit Consulting Services; and 7) Hedge Fund Consulting Services.Respondents shall provide the level of services required in the RFQ and meet other requirements that are in the best interests of ERS, its members, and the state of Texas (State). Respondents shall be required to execute contracts (Contracts) provided by, and satisfactory to, ERS for a period that begins upon execution of the Contracts by ERS and extends for six (6) years, subject to the terms of the Contracts. It is anticipated the Contracts will be executed in December 2024.The RFQ and certain appendices were amended on May 21, 2024.
