SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL OxYGEN REFILL UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (Php 6, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical Oxygen Refill Under Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
