Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System,

Dam & Reservoir Division, through the General Appropriations Act for CY-2024

intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Seven Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand

Eight Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos and Forty-Eight Centavos Only (P11, 747, 836.48)

being the ABC to payments under the contract for BHPP Rock Fall Protection Contract

No. MARIIS-2024-DRD-RNIS-RAMON-RIS-INFRA-002. Bids received in excess of

the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System,

Dam & Reservoir Division now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.

Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twelve (112) calendar days.
