The ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES- REGION VII, Banilad, Mandaue City, through the General Appropriations Act 2021 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PHP 1, 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONTINUOUS REALTIME PORTABLE PARTICULATE MONITOR FOR PM10, TSP, AND PM2.5. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES- REGION VII, Banilad, Mandaue City, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
