Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office 12 SOUTH COTABATO-SARANGANI IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE (NIA-12 SCSIMO), through the GAA Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of P 33, 957, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY2025 BANGA RIS-NORALA AREA (EGPIP NIS): SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF 2-UNIT (22HP) SOLAR POWERED PUMP IRRIGATION SYSTEM WITH AI SATELLITE-ASSISTED MONITORING AND FERTIGATION SYSTEM AND COMPLETE ACCESSORIES, CONSTRUCTION OF IRRIGATION FACILITIES AND TEMPORARY FACILITY (NIA12 -SCSIMO -INFRA -2025-025).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The NIA-12 SCSIMO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
