IMPLEMENTATION OF ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) SYSTEM
1. The Southern Philippines Development Authority, through the Government of the Philippines under the General Appropriations Act for FY 2016, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 3, 500, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Services for the Development of Southern Philippines Development Authority Enterprise Resource Planning System (the “Project”) “insert ITB number”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Southern Philippines Development Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project which is equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC for the Project.
