1. The City Government of Valencia through its Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos and 45/100 (Php 4, 367, 258.45) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Establishment of Fuel Pump Station General Services Office at Bagontaas, Valencia City, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
