INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Encryption Security Software
1. The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), through the 2023 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Php 4, 900, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Encryption Security Software / Identification No 2023-035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PDIC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The PDIC needs to procure a new Encryption Security Software in order to ensure the effective and continuous security and protection of the data and information stored in the PDIC-s computers and other IT equipment/devices . The Bidder must have completed a similar contract for the last five (5) years, reckoned from the date of the posting of the Invitation to Bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
