Description : 1. The DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM-OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2024 Adjusted intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS ONLY (P3, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Farm Tractor with Rotovator, Trailer and Squadron. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DAR- OCCIDENTAL MINDORO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days upon receipt of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidders must have a dealership and authorized service center within the island of Mindoro for economical availment of periodic maintenance service and spare parts in the future and the farm machineries. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
