Description : The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office Caraga, through the General Appropriations Act for C.Y. 2024, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS ONLY (PhP4, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF FORWARDING SERVICES FOR THE HAULING OF HUMANITARIAN CARGO (Project Identification No. 24-02-0610). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office Caraga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 24 hours upon receipt of notification from DSWD FO Caraga. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
