The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Lingayen, intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1, 400, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to pay for the PROCUREMENT WITH INSTALLATION OF PRE-FABRICATED CONTAINER HOUSE FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER with Purchase Request No. 100-24-05-306 to be charged through the 20% Development Fund - Capital Outlay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
