1. The Department of Health-Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH-Bicol CHD), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (Php 7, 832, 400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Transient Evoked Otoacoustic Emission Hearing Screening Machine under IB No.25-48. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH-Bicol CHD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required on the expected delivery date (s) stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements.
