1. The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the SAA NO. 2024-10-004971
(QUICK RESPONSE FUND) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Forty-Seven
Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Seven and 37/100 Pesos Only (5, 447, 767.37) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Quick Response Fund -
Replacement of Damaged Ceiling and Rehabilitation of Underground Drainage System, IB 2024-
12-0061. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar days, 7
days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar
