The Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA), through the DA-Biotech R-1806 2022 Funds intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 3, 200, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Sequencing and Assembly of Abaca (Musa textilis Nee) Accessions: Ihalas and Inosa. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The PhilFIDA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) days after quality control of good quality DNA from shipped samples. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
