Description : 1. The Philippine Coast Guard, through the General Appropriations Act

(GAA) CY-2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Four Million Three

Hundred Nineteen Thousand Seventy-Three Pesos (Php604, 319, 073.00)

being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of

Additional Fuel, Oil and Lubricants for CY-2024. Bids received in excess

of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for the above Procurement

Project. Delivery of the Goods is required in accordance with Section VI

(Schedule of Requirements) of this Bidding Documents commencing from the

date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have

completed, within (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a

contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is

contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
