1. The City Government of Valencia through its Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Enriched Bread and Nutribun for 3rd Quarter Dietary Supplementation (Food Supplies) - Wet Feeding (6-59 mos Malnourished Children) at the 31 Barangay's. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
