1. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Fertilizer for the Rice Production Enhancement Program of the Municipal Agriculture Office/ Contract No. 2025-28. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Fertilizer for the Rice Production Enhancement Program of the Municipal Agriculture Office.
