1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office MIMAROPA, through the authorized appropriations under the FY 2022 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Three Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos Only (Php 15, 336, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project, “Supply and Delivery of Ready to Eat Commodities for the implementation of the 14th Cycle Supplementary Feeding Program in Romblon with Project ID No. DSWD4B-2024-021 . Bids received in excess of the ABC of each shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
