1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office MIMAROPA, through the authorized appropriations under the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Eighty-One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php 12, 081, 600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project, “Supply and Delivery of Ready to Eat Commodities for the implementation of the 14th Cycle Supplementary Feeding Program in Marinduque with Project ID No. DSWD4B-2024-017. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
