1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office MIMAROPA, through the authorized appropriations under the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Six Million Two Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand One Hundred Pesos Only (Php 36, 278, 100.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project, “Supply and Delivery of Ready to Eat Commodities for the implementation of the 14th Cycle Supplementary Feeding Program in Palawan with Project ID No. DSWD4B-2024-020 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
