Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS SUBMERSIBLE CABLES
1. The METRO LIPA WATER DISTRICT (MLWD) through its approved Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIx HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND AND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P 1, 655, 850.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS SUBMERSIBLE CABLES under Purchase Request Number 19928.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MLWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.Delivery of Goods 30Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
