Description : 1. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER (CFERMTC), through the Hospital Income, intends to apply the sum of Forty- Eight Million Pesos (P 48, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Three (3) Units of Portble x-ray Machine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
