Description : 1. The Intramuros Administration, through the General Appropriations Act of 2024

intends to apply the sum of SEVENTEEN MILLION PESOS (₱17, 000, 000.00) being

the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply of Labor and Materials. Tools,

Equipment and Engineering Supervision for the Rehabilitation of Air Handling

System of Quadrats B, D and E, PB-2024-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC

shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Intramuros Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.

Delivery of the Goods is required by One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days.

Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission

and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible

bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions

to Bidders).
